Currently in Communist China you have the division of the power and the powerless. This is the basic idea that those that do not want to be part of the Communist Party can't have power or associate or affilate with each other. For exmaple, all Churches must have Marxist Communist pictures in their temple's, all political parties must be below the Communist Party. While any citizen that is not part of the elite Communist Party core is not allowed to own a substantial amount of the market shares for their business.
This then mean that the Communist Chinese division is the power and the powerless. Instead of Democracy. Where any association of humans can own things and obtain power through the vote, or through economic votes. As opposed to Communist Chinese which places a division between the bourgeois and the proletariat's. This class separation is a mass divide not only in the Chinese citizens area. As they can't vote for their spiritual leader's, local loved leader's or any kind of real togetherness of the differences in China vote.
