A need for a Treason Legal Manual


Usually within two minutes as I am a great researcher. I can find a text or manual on a specific industry of law. However, with regards to High Treason, so far I have not found a manual for citizen proper guidance of collection and prosecution on the matter. This is a major problem. As we currently have high treason that happens all the time in the USA. Which causes the USA major problems. I would suggest a proliferation of legal journals and legal text books and manuals on high treason. So that the Democracy of Citizens living in the USA. May at times when in need apply their first amendment backed with their second amendment to have secure papers. To prosecute vigilantly and legally high treason actors. Such as those we see today in the Obama Administration, like Secretary Chu. Who directed 80% of our green tech stimulus to go abroad. Instead of being used here at home to build the worlds new high tech industry. Which has caused the US to fall behind to fourth place in world development and exports of green tech materials. Do to the major start line finish right away, Secretary Chu gave away our shoes and held us back while he took them off of us. So the other countries during that time period where able to sprint way out in front of us.

A Wikipedia on a collection of text's and update to laws and trails on such a legal issue would be nice. I am appalled in such a democracy. That there is not a complete guide and manual or codex for this issue. I believe this would be a new area of law that has not been collected on or a proper manual created.

Usually in the law practice. Of what I like to call the Democracy wars of killing and beheading with papers, peacefully and legally. There are complete sets of manuals from start to finish on legal issues. Such as lets say murder. This criminal action has a complete guide from collecting evidence and dealing with it. To the holding of the accused, to the actual trial etc. However, I have found there is no legal manual for treason. For example, when a citizen of a country acts in a position of power to thwart the US's dominance or placement in an industry. There is no legal manual on how to collect for that evidence, what one should look for, the codes of this game, or how one should play this game in the court system of law. I think this is an complete example of the lack of realization in our legal industry of what a real problem we have with High Treason.
