To further strengthen the guidance of the central corporate social responsibility, and promote the central enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibility, and decided to set up the SASAC central corporate social responsibility of the Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Steering Committee). Notice of the matter as follows:

The main responsibilities of the Steering Committee

Conscientiously implement the Party Central Committee in the SAC and SAC-party committee under the leadership of the State Council, work study and formulate the SASAC to promote social responsibility with the spirit of the enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility, consideration and review of the major issues and concerns of the SASAC and the central corporate social responsibility work; policies and measures; study and formulate the SASAC advancing the work of the central corporate social responsibility strategies, plans and annual plans; the guidance of the central enterprises to establish institutions and systems to improve the social responsibility.
