Communist China's Recapitalization War against the West's Free Markets
In the US when a company
becomes non profitable
we all for it to go bankrupt. 
So others can compete. In 
Communist China they
recapitalize it quarterly.
So they can keep its noncompetitive
nature going"




This would be a great place to collect on Communsit China's quarterly recapitalizing of its SOE's to destroy free marekts as a specific straetgy.
