Dear USPACOM Legislative matters,
Today we are in a second cold war. The definition of a cold war is completely met with the new terms of engagement between the US and Communist China. Everything from their interaction and praise of Al Queada as per their directives of State Propaganda, PLA Colonial Unrestricted Warfare written book, to SOE business attaches dealing with Al Queada to enrich them before 911; all the way too, basic daily issues of attacking US Capitalism and Democracy. While numerous books like Kevin Friedman's Secret Weapons express issues with the Communist Chinese, Russians, and Al Qeada attacking us in different ways. However, I can bet that many Asian studies of foreign policies do not have these books or thoughts in their heads when they write on civilian matters. Along with that I can bet that PACOM Generals and Directors do not have the proper books in their shelves for when they meat with Communist Chinese Generals.
The idea is that the civilian world has almost completely forgotten about Communist Centralized Military economies. Where specific military economic institutions like the SASAC that works hand and hand with the PLA, MSS and CCP. Direct specific militarized economic strategies. From proxy wars, to terrorism enrichment all the way to bullying and bribery, with major SOE cartels. Therefore, since there is a major world cognitional depletion on these matters. I was hoping that PACOM would push for specific scholarships, for civilians that specifically study against the Communist Chinese militarized economy. Which is much similar to the military issues that where involved with the Soviet militarized economy. As both countries where almost exactly alike and really still are. As 75% as per SASAC the State Owned Enterprise Management system's GDP control to the overall GDP of China. Shows that around 75% of their economy is still directed by the PLA, MSS and CCP. While the other 25% in majority, shows that the Communist Party officials own and operate the economy. As the Communist Party is constitutionally the state. They are still a non market militarized economy. However, today institutions like the Chinese Economic Security Review Commissions do not consider the non market economies of Communist China the ultimate threat to Democracy and Free Markets.
Therefore, I was hoping that the military would again as did during the cold war. Make a push for specific scholarships for civilians showing excellence in daily pursuit against the militarized non market economies. So that those folks could leave out their dreams writing, researching and every step of the way showing the real security implications of a non market economy monopolized system to the military state. As Senator Sherman once showed that a single entity monopoly could impact the world economy so much so as to create a world black whole. Where he was able to create anti trust laws against such militarized economies.
Along with that the lack of civilian understand and research into the militarized economy. Has allowed the basic foundation of all economies, resources, to monopolized in the high tech sector to 97%. These has shown already major implications, where the US has had planes, going down, ships losing GPS, and allies like South Korea having the same trouble. As Communist China and North Korea zoom ahead of the west in high tech warfare. Therefore, if the US had more scholarships looking for specific researchers and presenters against the Communist non market militarized economy. Then we would have been better prepared for the world economic collapse. That was caused by the major root monopoly of resources, in the algorthmix equation of world economics.
Militarized economies are described as economies run by the state. Where separation of military control has no divide by Democracy different parties of individual ownership that separates military from economy. In Communist China the SASAC controls 75% of the economy. Which is directly attached to the state. Which is still controlled by the single party that controls the military at the same time they control the economy. Therefore, at that point the military is allowed to get involved and seek prayer from congress. As their funds are being root attacked through economic warfare used by a foreign power through the control of the military, espionage and economy of the state. As analogized by the way the military was able to push against the Soviets. That where trying to destroy the US military by controlling the worlds resources. So they could take away our tax dollars, through centralizing the worlds wealth and control of economy to the Soviet Party of the world.
