Letter sent to my investigation team about cyber violations and possible muti million dollar civil case for violating cyber code laws.

Dear Mac Daddy Studios,

I received a letter from the AMA the number it directed me too was 1-818-935-5860. Then my server as a whole was shut down. I manage up to seven computers on the one server. The notice did not include an FBI warrant to shut down my server, nor did it include my internet providers ownership consent to shut down my server. However, my server was shut down. This is illegal as per the cyber code. I have found out this institution is doing this to a lot of folks servers and computers. Which is illegal violation of their cyber code rights. The proper cease and dissent letter should have been sent to the home address or to the email attached to the internet providers account, or a phone call through the internet provider.

We have had major attacks on our server before where folks hack into computers and place all kinds of horrible hate things on our computer from everything from mean messages to downloads of horrible pictures. Now I called the owners of the computers I manage and they did state after I asked them to look in the download areas and the storage areas to see if downloads where there. That there was a movie there.

That has been dealt with and erased. Which the person stated they did not download it and was probable a set up against our server. Which I agreed it was. However, the AMA is constantly violating the cyber code by forcing cease and dissest letters. An attorney may not come to your house and take over your property and control your home, so as to force you to receive a cease and dissest letter. As per the cyber code and proper letters of cease and dissest neither can the AMA. Please research this case as it is a major violation of the cyber code. Which needs to stop.

This is the third time I have been set up trying to use the law. The problem is my family is the law and so am I. So it makes it hard to believe the guy who knows he is going to be attacked is going to do anything illegal, except a the grey area of venomous speech. I expect my team will prepare a proper discovery request for every server and IP address that has been hijacked by this institution and as it is connected with a huge treasury that we will either see a settlement or a full scale media blast against them. Reality is that $26 a unit is pretty cheap comparatively for 16 hours a month and 64 hours of lecturing. However then you get into state schools and private schools and tuition due to high debts and taxes by the state on them are a major issue. If you want to look at something to help schools cut their taxes. Schools are taxed by the muti millions cost goes right back to the schools. That is why our tuition is so much. As schools have to pay for all kinds of taxes and get barely any tax breaks. Which the taxes just pay for the school anyways but get through a major funnel swept away. So instead of the campus being self sufficient it is part of a loop. Pay millions in taxes so we can take it raise cost of your students then tell you we are cutting your funding. What, no the school is self sufficient. Students pay and we are taxed to hell. The majority of assistance the schools gets if you look at their liabilities sheets is what they are taxed. So if they where not taxed, they would not need assistance and guess what the cost of school would go down. Interest rates on student loans are not really the problem. If they where why charge interest rates at all for basic schooling. Especially when Fannie Mae and Freddie Mae are guess what State owned Enterprise. It makes no sense.
