The analogy of the fact that the Soviet constition was the same as the Communist Chinese. Where the Communist Party was the government and the state and all actors of the Communist Party where the state. Thus during the first cold war Soviet's could not fund US politicians because the party owned the majority of everything. Except for a few lineage Royalities they did not kill. Who had their own individual families business left alone. For specific non world invasion tactics. Yet today the Communist Party of China is able to use massively owned State Owned Enterprises and personal party member owned that is still the state if htey are Communist Party memebers as per their constitution to fund US Democrats.
