Secretary Chu Treason in US High Tech Economic Warfare Draining

During the Green tech stimulus, Secretary Chu worked with Secretary Commerce Locke and a Federal Contracts Chinese Communist sympathetic to give away $80 of all of the US green tech industrial stimulus. Where the funds went to primarily only company holders that where part of the International Communist Party who is controlled by the Communist Chinese. This strategy was exactly analogous to the strategy that the KGB where going to use on our nuclear and physics industry. This action of Secretary Chu does not stop there. Secretary Chu then further gives US high tech stimulus funds to a Communist Family owned industry. That funds major Communist Parties members world wide. Secretary Chu did not properly use the funds as it was directed by the legalities of the contracts for its use. The specific use was for a competition in high tech energy light bulbs. Where today we have very high tech energy light bulbs that last for 30 years that sell of around $2. However, Secretary Chu gave this new Communist Family owned business $10 million for a prize in which the company had no competitor and the end product was a $50 light bulb that does not even compete with our on the shelf light bulbs. Secretary Chu is more than obviously an MSS agent that was sent to do exactly what the KGB tried to do to Western Democracy nuclear and microwave technology Destroy it by dispersing it away from US or pro Democracy businesses. This man should be arrested for violating the federal contracts laws set out by President Obama and the US congress with regards to our green tech stimulus. Then he should be arrested for violating fair competition laws with regards to a competition where only one business owned by the International Communist Party member's was in competition. While also being sent treason charges for economic warfare drain of our green tech funds for the US and Democracy companies that where illegally given to international Communist Party's business. While also going under charges for conspiracy to destroy a US industrial base of high technology. This man alone has caused the US to lose its first ever high tech industrial economic war. Where the US is in last place and not anywhere close to advancing to even second place in world production or hands on schooling or analogizing to other areas of need for our citizens. The cost is not the really the issue. It is the ability of the us to educate its populace. We do not have enough seats and 10,000 students every single semester are denied based on overflow. Reality is that $26 a unit is pretty cheap comparatively for 16 hours a month and 64 hours of lecturing. However then you get into state schools and private schools and tuition due to high debts and taxes by the state on them are a major issue. If you want to look at something to help schools cut their taxes. Schools are taxed by the muti millions cost goes right back to the schools. That is why our tuition is so much. As schools have to pay for all kinds of taxes and get barely any tax breaks. Which the taxes just pay for the school anyways but get through a major funnel swept away. So instead of the campus being self sufficient it is part of a loop. Pay millions in taxes so we can take it raise cost of your students then tell you we are cutting your funding. What, no the school is self sufficient. Students pay and we are taxed to hell. The majority of assistance the schools gets if you look at their liabilities sheets is what they are taxed. So if they where not taxed, they would not need assistance and guess what the cost of school would go down. Interest rates on student loans are not really the problem. If they where why charge interest rates at all for basic schooling. Especially when Fannie Mae and Freddie Mae are guess what State owned Enterprise. It makes no sense. If you want to cut cost, stop State Owned Interest rates on student loans. Charge them a one time service cost fee to pay for employees working the State Owned Loans. Stop using Fannie mae as a stock weapon to destroy our own economy. As it does every time we bust. Then stop taxing the schools to just give it back to them in assistance. Then when the state is not able to balance the books still tax them but not give it back to them for the school. Easy that is what we did when school charges where free. N I am sure California Power companies would not mind a simple 10 billion a year donation by allowing a non profit to tap into their current wire system by getting permits to update in front of and behind their systems. Especially since the increase in energy costs per year is over 10 billion in the market place. So one year worth of market saves California deficit. The best part is all schools are paid for so cities and the state have more leaway to lower taxes, and to make sure students get what they need. Thus I save California with my plan and barely ask out of a trillion dollar industry that increase by over 10 billion a year in market needs for a simple one year donation.
